Rink Rat Rentals LLC - Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Rink Rat Rentals LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our") through our website located at rinkratrentals.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Agreement

By renting equipment from us, you agree to the following:

  • Rental Period: The rental period starts on the specified pick-up date and ends on the specified return date.
  • Pick-Up and Return: Equipment must be picked up on October 1st and returned by the last day of the rental period. Late returns may incur additional fees.
  • Condition of Equipment: Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, normal wear and tear excepted. Damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement charges.

3. Payment and Fees

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of rental.
  • Late Fees: Late returns will be charged a daily late fee.
  • Damage Fees: Any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the renter.

4. Use of Equipment

  • Proper Use: Equipment must be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the equipment for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the equipment or others.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Assumption of Risk: By renting and using our equipment, you assume all risks associated with its use. Rink Rat Rentals LLC is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of our equipment.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rink Rat Rentals LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the equipment.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law
