Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

All equipment rentals include free return shipping.  

During checkout, choose your rental Start Date (the first day of your rental period) and provide your preferred delivery address. We will ship your equipment by the end of the day on your selected start date. Then, select your rental Stop Date, which is the day the equipment must be dropped off at UPS. A late fee of $5 per day will apply for any delays in returning the equipment.

About a week before your rental period ends, we will email you a return shipping label. Simply print the label, attach it over the original, and repack the equipment in the bag provided. Drop it off at your nearest UPS location by the end of the day on your selected Stop Date.

Example: If your start date is 9/1 and your stop date is 1/1, the equipment will be shipped by 9/1. You will need to drop it off at UPS by the end of the day on 1/1.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We will need a physical address for delivery.

Gear Exchanges and Returns:

All equipment is carefully inspected before shipment. If you receive damaged equipment, please contact us at [email protected], and we will assist you promptly.

To avoid sizing issues, please review the sizing charts and measure carefully before ordering. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a $5 handling fee for equipment exchanges.

Return Tips:

  • Protect skate blades with skate guards when placing them in the return bag.
  • Use shoulder pads and hockey pants to line the bottom of the bag, and place shin guards along the sides for extra support.
  • Place remaining gear on top of the padding, ensuring helmets and skates are well-protected to prevent damage during shipment.

LATE FEES

If rentals are not received by UPS on the day your rental period ends, a late fee of $5 per day will be applied for each day the rental is late.  

REPAIRS & REPLACEMENT

Please return all equipment in the condition it was received. If any item is lost, stolen, damaged, or not returned in acceptable condition, you will be charged up to the estimated retail price plus a 5% surcharge.
